Who We Are

Novus Projects Ltd was founded in 2021 with a single purpose: to deliver exceptional construction and renovation projects for discerning clients across Prime Central London and beyond.

The directors of Novus Projects Ltd bring over 20 years of combined experience across commercial, domestic, and industrial construction. This breadth of expertise — spanning complex commercial developments, bespoke residential projects, and large-scale industrial works — informs every decision we make and every project we deliver.

We work exclusively with high-net-worth homeowners, property developers, and private estates who demand the highest standards of craftsmanship, discretion, and project management. Every project we undertake is bespoke — designed, managed, and delivered to exacting specifications with complete accountability from start to finish.

Our Approach

We do not operate as a traditional building contractor. We act as a trusted partner — managing every aspect of your project, from structural engineering and specialist trades to interior fit-out and final snagging. Our clients expect one point of contact, full transparency, and a result that exceeds expectations. That is what we deliver, every time.

What We Build

Our specialisms span the full spectrum of luxury residential construction. We design and build bespoke indoor and outdoor swimming pools, architectural glass roofs and extensions, premium staircases, and complete residential refurbishments across London and the Home Counties.

We source and supply natural stone from anywhere in the world — cut and prepared exclusively for each individual property. No two pieces are the same. For clients who require something truly unique, we fabricate bespoke metalwork of any kind: from refined decorative objects to complex architectural commissions, no brief is too unusual.

Our joinery and glazing capability is equally uncompromising. We produce bespoke gates, doors, slim-frame windows, architectural glass installations, and custom door and window systems — all manufactured to the precise requirements of each project.

Our Commitment

Complete discretion. Uncompromising quality. On time, on budget — without exception.
