Every project has a single named project manager from first meeting to final sign-off. One point of contact. No handoffs. No surprises.
3. Fixed-Price Transparency.
Fixed-price contracts available as standard. Where scope changes arise, they are documented, priced and signed off before work proceeds.
4. Privacy as Default.
We do not publish project photography or client information without explicit permission. Formal NDAs available for any project.
5. Post-Project Commitment.
A project is not complete when the team leaves site. We remain reachable after handover.
